Terms of Service

AJT OS lets you import, journal, and analyze your own trading activity. It computes statistics from the data you provide and offers automated, rules-based coaching derived from that data.

AJT OS is an analytics and education tool. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

Access requires an active membership purchased through our billing provider, Whop. Your membership, pricing, trials, and renewals are handled by Whop and subject to its terms. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, your access ends, though your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to: share your account or resell access; attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; upload unlawful content; or use the Service to harm others or infringe intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the trade data you import. You grant AJT OS a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AJT OS and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service while your membership is active.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJT OS is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time via Whop.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
