How do I get my trades in?
Open the Journal tab, export your Tradovate Performance report as a CSV, name the account it came from (e.g. "Tradify 150k"), and drop the file in. AJT OS reads the Tradovate format automatically and computes P/L, R, and grades for you.
What's the difference between an account and a strategy?
The account is where you traded (a prop or broker account like "Tradify 150k"). The strategy is the setup you took. History lets you filter by both, so you can see performance per account and per strategy.
How do I organize my setups?
Create your setups on the Strategies tab, then re-file imported trades into them. The AI Coach grades on-playbook trades higher, so filing your trades improves your grades.
How does billing work? How do I cancel?
Membership is billed through Whop. You can manage or cancel anytime at your membership page. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I change the look?
Yes — Settings → Appearance. Pick a theme (each has its own colour and font) and, on the custom-accent themes, your own accent colour. Changes preview live.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every member's trades are isolated to their own account, and access is behind login. See our Privacy Policy.
