Privacy Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
This policy explains what AJT OS collects, how it is used, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the Service.
What we collect
Identity: when you sign in with Whop we receive your Whop user id, name, and email to identify your account and verify membership.
Your trades: the trade data you import or attach (prices, times, instruments, notes, and any chart images you upload).
Basic usage: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
To authenticate you, verify your membership, compute your statistics and coaching, and keep your data isolated to your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your trades to advertise to you.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: Whop (login and billing), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database and file storage). If you use the optional AI chart analysis, the relevant image is sent to Anthropic to generate the result. Each processes data only to provide their part of the Service.
Data isolation and security
Each member's data is scoped to their own account. Access is gated behind authentication, database access is restricted, and chart images are stored privately with short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists so your history is available when you return. You can request deletion of your trade data at any time (see Contact), and you can clear all trades yourself from Settings.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Because login and billing run through Whop, some identity and payment data is governed by Whop's own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use a single, essential, encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
